The district has a proud tradition of giving back and our employees are always ready to show they care! As part of our efforts to give back to our community, Austin °¼Í¹ÊÓƵ and Charitable Funds Inc. are excited to partner with United Way for Greater Austin to bring you a robust and exciting campaign. Our goal this year is to reach 75% participation. Every donation you give, no matter the amount, makes a huge difference in the community.
Participating in A°¼Í¹ÊÓƵ Gives allows each of us an opportunity to be a philanthropist and influence positive change in our community. Our great city will thrive and prosper only when economic opportunities are available to everyone. Having the chance to participate in this campaign is something I fully support and I hope you do too.
There are three ways you can participate:
- Donate directly to United Way, they will in turn donate 5% of your contribution to the A°¼Í¹ÊÓƵ Employee Fund. The A°¼Í¹ÊÓƵ Employee Fund helps A°¼Í¹ÊÓƵ employees though tough financial hardships.
- Identify one or more of the nonprofit agencies that participates in the charitable campaign as the recipient of your donation.
- Specify that your donation go directly to the A°¼Í¹ÊÓƵ Employee Fund.
On October 1, 2013 you will receive an e-mail that will contain instructions, your personal login, and password to access the campaign donation site.
