In celebration of Transportation Worker Appreciation Week, Austin °¼Í¹ÊÓƵ is honoring the 650 employees who run about 500 buses to transport 22,000 students every day.
"Our No. 1 priority of course is to make sure our students are safe, and safely transported to and from school," said Kris Hafezizadeh, A°¼Í¹ÊÓƵ executive director of transportation.
