Strategic planning is one of the tools Austin °¼Í¹ÊÓƵ uses to provide the district with focus and direction, and to maintain our forward momentum.
As A°¼Í¹ÊÓƵ begins to develop the Strategic Plan 2020–25, we will work to ensure that the elements are innovative and inclusive, and that they are created to ensure high-quality learning environments for all students throughout the district.
The superintendent will appoint a Strategic Plan Advisory Committee to develop proposed strategies, based on the board’s framework and on input from stakeholders. The SPAC will meet March–May.
